I took up an internship during my second year of polytechnic at a company that specialized in creating content for high-end brands. During my time here, I was a junior content creator where I crafted up posts for Instagram and wrote weekly beauty highlights on product launches.

This post featured 8 must-try trends from various fashion names based on the Spring/Summer 2019 fashion show.
THE FINE LINE
The Fine Line is a restaurant located in Holland Village. I was asked to create content for their social media account on upcoming promotions and events as well as to manage the accounts and increase social media awareness. Previously, the majority of their posts were created with stock photos overlayed with text hence, I decided to play around with texture and shapes when coming up with content.

BESWEET
During my internship at Singapore Press Holdings, I was working under the department of Besweet where I created weekly newspaper layouts for several newspapers such as The Straits Times and The New Paper. I was also given the opportunity to work closely with clients such as Manulife, New Zealand Air and Agency for Integrated Care.

One of the layouts that I did was for Shi Li Fang Hot Pot. This article was to highlight their set meal for an affordable price per person.
Not only did I work on loose layouts but also worked on yearly booklets such as Beyond Polytechnic which showcased different students after their studies and the Singapore HEALTH Awards which featured workplaces that took the health of their workers into consideration.
My biggest achievement was the Modern Living and Cooking booklet for The New Paper where I was in charge of the art direction and had to work closely with other departments to ensure this booklet turned out great.
CASS CLUB
I was the publicity sub-committee member in my school club and was in charge of creating content for events that we held for the student body. Alongside my club members, we co-ordinated posts together and came up with themes for the event that was showcased through the poster. As an art school, the art direction we took appealed really well to the students.

Take a Break, Have a CASS Pack
During exam week, students could come down and collect a CASS pack filled with energy boosters, stickers and vouchers.

On Valentine's Day, students could come down to MLT12 where we had a photobooth, chocolates and stickers.


CASS-preciation
In spirit of giving thanks, students could write a note to their friends, lecturers or anybody they wanted to show their thanks.
